Here are some more photos of our worker, Jonathan working to get out "the hardest stump of his carreer" out. It was so difficult because it was growing in a bed of stone. Jonathan choppdc away at it with his axe until he was able to move it back and forth enough to pull it out. We had 4 or 5 other stumps that Jonathan also dug out, but not as bad as this one. His next big job is to haul away all of the lava rock the last owners had bought to line their pathway. It was a very strange design. There is almost no grass, just this huge, unorganized mass of lava rock that sort of resemble a walk way. The box in the corner is goin to be a sandbox for noah. In the pictures in my last yard post you will see an island with a few trees. Can you believe those were under there? We are going to transplant the trees and bush, probably to the front yard. I will make a garden box in the right corner with all of the misc stones, and stones from the island. The whole backyard will be grass except for the sandbox and the garden.
