Then it was back the waiting room. We waited another hour or so before entering the "fast track". I don't even want to know how long the regular ER would have been.
Noah was in pain and whimpered while he nursed his elbow in the waiting room.
Finally we were excepted into the "fast track" care. It wasn't long before the Dr. came in to see Noah. The Dr checked for broken bones and then did about three little twists. Noah screamed. He settled down quickly though, but would still not move his arm. The Dr said that we would wait a few minutes, and if he was still nursing it, he would have to do it again.
We asked Noah to touch his head. After slightly raising his arm, he started to cry, and was nursing it again. Just as the Dr came back in he started to move a little. We told him he had to do the sign for all done before we could go and he did it right away. In this picture, Noah was better, but still nervous to really move his arm.
Noah felt much better within just a few minutes. After not too long he was running around in circles in the lobby.
It was a great outcome. Hopefully we wont be making any more trips the ER for a long time

Poor baby! So was his elbow just dislocated? How scary for him. I am glad he's feeling better!
