Noah Does Push Ups

Scott and I are going to do a 90 day exercise program to try to get a little more fit. Our supplies came in the mail today and Noah wanted to try them out, just like dad.

Call Me Crazy

Scott and I started P90X today. Today we just got the TV set up upstairs and we did our measurements and the fitness test. I had a hard time getting through the 2 minutes of jumping jacks. I am not really sure how I am going to do at hard core 1 hour work outs! We officially start tomorrow and, as you may have guessed, it goes for 90 days. I would post my before pictures, but that would be too incriminating...especially if I don't end up following through. If I make it to day 90 I may just post before and after photos. Wish us luck!
