Yay! We did it! We finished the basement apartment (sort of), and some one moved in there yesterday! I didn't get any last minute pics because I couldn't find the camera. Thanks to Matt Jones and Brent Dugan for your help! We never would have finished it in time without you!

We listed it on craigslist and interviewed a few people. This is the guy that was the best candidate. He is really nice. He got transferred here for work from Minnesota. He will only be here about 8 months and then he will probably be relocated back to the Philippines, where he is from.
