Well, I finally bought a new camera online and it will be here in a day or two. In the mean time I thought I would tell a couple of stories.
Today Noah and I went to Walmart and bought a bunch of supplies for canning. The shopping cart was full, so Noah walked to the car holding onto the shopping cart. When we got to the car, I said,"stay right there," and turned around while I put one thing in the car. When I turned back around just a second later, Noah was on the ground, drinking out of a puddle... in the parking lot! Gross.
My big project today was putting together Noah's toddler bed. We got it used, and it was missing parts, and it ended up being a challenge to put together. I finished though, just in time for bedtime. I actually didn't intend on having him sleep in it right away. I just felt like putting it up, and am going to do a slow transition... just whenever he is ready and feels like sleeping it. I put him to sleep in his crib and after a few minutes of him crying I went up to check on him. He asked to sleep in the bed, so I took him out of his crib and he climbed right in the bed. I shut the door and sat on the stairs until he sounded asleep. I am curious to see how he does throughout the night and in the morning.
I am excited to start canning and am going to research recipes tonight. Well if you know of any good soup recipes for canning let me know!
